We ensure every order arrives promptly, safely and beautifully — delivered via our trusted network of national and local carriers.

• Unbranded items: Dispatched within 14  business days
• Printed, embroidered or decorated pieces: Dispatched immediately upon completion of production
   

Once your order leaves our studio or warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane / Gold Coast: 1–3 business days
• Adelaide: 3–5 business days
• Perth & Hobart: 4–10 business days
   

• Allow 5–14 business days 
• Please note: excess freight or remote deliveries may extend delivery by a few additional days.
