Our creative direction is led by a native Parisien, based in New York City for over 10 years and now living in Australia, a truly global perspective on fashion, retail and brand building. With extensive experience across retail operations, brand management, buying, visual merchandising and team leadership, combined with a formal background in fashion design, sourcing and production, Maison Merch is built at the intersection of creativity and commercial discipline.

This hands on experience provides a unique vantage point into today’s market: how consumers shop, what they value, and why quality and restraint matter more than ever. Every piece we create is informed by real world retail insight, not just trends.
