At Maison Merch, we stand behind everything we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it so.

You may return or exchange unbranded items within 12 calendar days of purchase.

Items must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
   

Due to the custom nature of these items, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

However, if your order:

• Does not align with your approved artwork or pre-production proof, or 
• Arrives with a clear fault or defect
   

You may request a credit or refund within 12 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged and in original condition.

Maison Merch reserves the right to replace or remake the item within a reasonable timeframe before issuing a credit or refund.

Pack items securely in their original packaging.
